In winter, it is too dark to row in the evenings. Therefore, from October to March, Poseidon organises an alternative workout every Wednesday evening. Short and longer stretches of running are alternated with all kinds of exercises to enhance your muscle power and fitness. After the outdoor training, we have dinner together at Poseidon, a fun way to get to know each other better.
The training is suited to all ages and fitness levels. It is well-balanced and will be built up gradually over the winter months. As the weeks go by, you’ll notice you are becoming fitter and stronger.
